    Good features for the aged

    Phone is quite light. Buttons are large. screen is clear. Seems good value for money. Higher volume for the ring tone would help elderly hear and recognise incoming call.

    Poor Quality

    It is not worth being on the market and should be taken off. The charger is very difficult to plug into the phone, and it only charged the phone once and then broke down and wouldn't charge again. Very poor charger and phone socket. The print is so faint i could not read the date, time and battery level on the screen. Had to use a magnifying glass to see that. Worst phone i've ever had. way over priced for un usable piece of rubbish.

    Good "Granny" phone for those who don't need a supersmar phone. Too easy to drop.

    I don't need a smart phone. This one does all I want and need. I use it like a "Vital Call". Is there a protective cover available? I dropped my last phone and broke it.

    Lightweight, eg fragile. Not as good as stated

    The back of the mobile is not easily removed, instructions obscure, ie difficult to read, my other acetal was much easier to use, and easily accessed. I am having difficulty is finding the necessary keys to work the various categories.
